12月27日讯 来自山东泰山的后卫岳瑞杰，最近在海口参加了足协组织的2007年龄段精英球员训练营。在接受《体坛周报》记者马德兴专访时，他表示只有后浪推前浪，中国足球才能取得进步。
体坛：参加这次训练营有什么感受？
岳瑞杰：我非常高兴。首先，这次训练营的教练都是我的偶像，他们是前辈，我能见到他们真的很开心。此外，能够进入国字号队伍、穿上国家队服也是让我十分激动。
体坛：之前有过类似选拔或集训吗？
岳瑞杰：This is my first time participating in a national team.
体坛： 你们A组带来的教练分别是刘导和黄导，他们与您所在俱乐部梯队的周导基本属于同一拨，都曾一起为国家效力。接触下来，你觉得怎么样？执教风格有什么差别吗？ < p >< strong > 岳 瑞 杰 ： 教练之间感觉没有太大区别。这次跟黄导、刘 导相处时间不长，但总体要求都集中于脚下技术，与足协所提倡“技术为王”的理念一致。我认为这是正确的发展方向。不过，这次训练营中定位球设计给我留下深刻印象。 < p >< strong > 体 坛 ： 定 位 球 是 最近 的 热 点 问题 ， 是否 与 阿 森 纳 最近 比赛视频有关呢?
Xue Ruijie:I think this can be learned and referenced well. It will greatly help both the future U19 national team and our club teams when we return.
TITAN: Do you feel like the training camp was not enough? < P >< Strong > 岳 瑞 杰： 这 次 集训 感觉 时间 有点短，如果能再长一些，效果可能会更好，我们学到的也会更多 。& nbsp; < P >< STRONG>TITAN: You are a player from the 2007 age group, but last season you participated in the National U19 League with coach Zhou (Zhou Haibin) instead of going to participate in the National U17 League. As an "accelerated student", do you feel disadvantaged?
Yue Rui Jie: I think playing against older players brings stronger competition than matches at my own age level. There might be differences physically, athletically, or speed-wise compared to U19 players, but I don’t see it as entirely disadvantageous. Competing at that higher level has helped me improve significantly—it pushes us to strive for more growth! The pressure on-field while facing those U19 players feels much greater than what you'd experience against those aged under-17s which forces us to keep up—speeding up our tempo and decision-making process too!
The Shandong Team won championships at two major events this year—you played all matches as a starter during these competitions! Which championship felt better—the three-ball games or winning the league title?</ b>& lt;b >: Yes indeed! During these three-ball games alongside Qi Qincheng who’s one year older than me—I started every match together with him center-back positionwise so naturally capturing any nationwide titles certainly makes one ecstatic; however regarding that particular victory withinU19League where unfortunately I wasn’t present due preparations made ahead towards competing within Three Ball Games prevents comparisons—but still celebrating having secured double victories throughout just always puts smiles across faces no matter how different contexts may arise!”
Pitán:< ;/ B> This summer your Taishan u17 youth squad went off visiting Korea attending some invitationals though results didn’t pan out ideally . What insight did such international exposure provide ?
You Rujia : "Yes ,we faced opponents beyond South Koreans including Japanese clubs along European ones . Experiencing true global football culture left quite deep impressions since each opponent brought distinct characteristics –like star-studded play styles exhibited by certain Europeans whereas Korean sides showcased exceptionally fast-paced gameplay contrastingly coupled with sophisticated possession tactics displayed among Japan's representatives ! Overall reflecting back unveiled numerous areas needing personal enhancement!"
Pitán : At present how many international clashes have been partaken thus far ?
Bai Yueruijie :"About twenty-five–thirty encounters."
